Futuresight was my bachelor thesis, a cinematic 3D product visualization of a shoe by Nike footwear designer Daniel Shirley. I reached out to him directly and asked if I could bring his design to life, and he agreed. The film tells the story of the shoe’s creation. Raw materials get steadily finer and keep changing shape, texture and even state, from solid to liquid to gas, until they finally come together and the shoe is revealed.
